  With The heat guru company customer service is key! I received a response for the inquiry I had raised through an email. My problem was well understood and helped me scheduled an appointment that suited me. They showed up on time earlier promised, explained my options and got to repair the furnace. From the day they came for survey to the last day of repair their service was excellent. I cannot fail to recommend them to my Friends and Family.

  Sometime back, I noticed my furnace wasn't working and I thought it was the air duct that had a problem. I called The heat guru for assistance and they sent out Jeremy for the job. He came in, did his diagnosis and identified what the problem was. He gave me options on the best solutions and he fixed the issue for me and took me through the entire process. The company charged nothing and definitely for his efforts, dedication and professionalism definitely deserved to be paid. Thank you The heat guru Co. for making me a happy customer.
