  Had some parts return to us that were a significantly different color. As these were end user products we could not sell them. We then asked to have redone. S & S Anodizing REFUSED, and DENIED their fault and blamed it on material defects.... Not impressed. They will no longer get my business... Avoid this company.

  They always lose parts. Most of the time, if I am checking on a status, they never know what is going on. Parts are late 100 percent of time. They always say they are going to call you back, and never do.
  
  And the place IS A MESS! I really don't know how they stay in business.
